When receiving quotes from other companies, some didn't even come out, they just provided quotes over the phone by review of aerial footage...unacceptable. Mark came out, measured, ordered a perc test, reviewed the easements from my survey and the installation began not even a month from acceptance of contract. I was worried about our paver driveway as it was extremely close to the old system that needed removal. Waiting for pavers to drop, they all survived and the driveway is intact. The inspector was also lined up the same day, very impressed by that as I've seen a few other replacements in my neighborhood be left open for days/week.
