"I highly recommend Mark Johnson and his company, Johnson Septic. Dealing with septic issues is never pleasant due to the obvious urgent nature of most calls, but Mark and his crew are nothing but fantastic. Mark has helped me for many years and he is always extremely responsive. Ten years ago he replaced my drain field and it was a very easy process for me. He had to move the field and install an alarm, but he explained everything clearly. A few years ago, the alarm went off at 8 pm. I called Mark immediately and he answered my call. He FaceTimed with me and walked me through the necessary steps to fix the issue until he could arrive the next morning. Again, he fixed the issue quickly. Most recently, I was again having an issue and thought it was my plumbing on a Friday. I called a plumber and Mark, just in case it was a septic issue. Luckily, the plumber arrived and was able to speak to Mark about the issue. This again was a simple fix because someone had unplugged the septic system when I had work done on my house. Although the problem was simple, Mark and his crew were at my house early Monday morning. He wanted to personally make sure my system was working properly. I am very grateful to Mark for his expertise and professionalism. But, just as importantly, Mark is calm during all of my septic issues. He is patient with me and explains exactly what is going on and always reassures me that I will not have sewage in my house.
